Reviews

Automated work still needs a human check before it’s used, so your team can be confident in the results.

In the Amplience Content Operations Platform, you do this in Reviews, where you check and approve the results of flows before they’re applied to your assets or content. All your reviews are in one place, where you can see what’s waiting for you and open any review to check its results.

How reviews work

Reviews keep your team in control of automated work. A review holds the results of a flow, such as images with their backgrounds removed or newly written alt text, so someone on your team can check them before they're used. When a flow that includes a review runs, it creates the review instead of applying its changes straight away.

Open a review to see what the flow produced. Approve the results you're happy with, and they're applied to your assets or content. Depending on how the review is set up in the flow, you can also regenerate any results you're not happy with.

The best way to begin is to follow one flow that includes a review, from start to finish. Run a flow, then open the review it creates and approve the results.

Let the Assistant help with reviews

Ask the Assistant about your reviews in plain language. It can help you find the reviews that need your attention and understand what a flow has changed.

Not sure where to start? Here are a few things you can ask the Assistant:

  • "Which reviews are waiting for me?"
  • "Summarize the changes in this review"
  • "Show me the reviews created by the background removal flow this week"

All your existing reviews can be found through the new platform, and you can still use the classic platform alongside the new one.
