The Assets library is where your team finds media and files to use in content. Go to Assets to open it. You'll see everything in your current hub, which is named at the top of the window.

Assets are organized into asset repositories and folders. See Organize and share assets.

You can switch views to suit the way you work. Grid and Gallery views show thumbnails, while Table view lists assets with their details in columns. Each asset's card shows its publish status and who it's assigned to.

Select an asset to see more details, such as its type, file size, metadata and version history.

This video walks through browsing, searching and filtering the Assets library:

Use the filters to narrow down the list, and search to find a specific asset. If it's a search you'll run again, save your search and filter settings as a favorite.

You can also ask the Assistant to find assets for you, for example "Find all the product images uploaded this week that don't have alt text".
