Publish content
Publishing makes content available to your audience. The latest version goes to the Amplience content delivery network, replacing any version that was published before. If you publish something by mistake, you can unpublish it or restore an earlier version.
When you publish an item, anything it links to is published with it, including images, videos and other content items. For example, publishing a carousel also publishes its slides.
To publish:
- One item, choose Publish from its contextual menu
- Several at once, select the items and click Publish in the task bar at the bottom of the page
An icon on each item shows its publish status.

 | Published (latest version) | The latest version of the content is published |
 | Published (earlier version) | The content has changed since it was last published, so an earlier version is currently published. See Revision history |
 | Unpublished | The content has previously been published and is now unpublished |
| No icon | Not yet published | The content has never been published |
